If you ever get the chance to have him cook for you, don’t hesitate—this guy makes some of the best birria tacos and carne asada I’ve ever had. The birria is rich, flavorful, and slow-cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spice. The consommé is so good you’ll be sipping it like soup. The carne asada is equally impressive—tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, straight off the grill with that smoky char that makes every bite addictive. What makes it even better is the whole experience: he comes right to our apartment, sets everything up, and cooks it fresh on the spot. The smell alone will have the neighbors jealous, and the food delivers beyond expectations. It feels like having a five-star taqueria pop up in your backyard. Hands down, worth every bite and every penny. If you’re craving authentic, mouthwatering Mexican food without leaving home, this is it.
